Tik Real Trend ("we", "our", or "the App") is a creator analytics dashboard for iOS that displays aggregated social media statistics through widgets, charts, and notifications. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Social media usernames — When you add an account (e.g. TikTok, YouTube), we store the public username you enter to fetch publicly available statistics.
• Language & appearance preferences — Your chosen language and dark/light mode setting.
• Support emails — If you contact us via email, we receive your email address and message content.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — Device model, iOS version, and app version, collected only when you send a support or bug report email.
• Analytics snapshots — Aggregated follower counts, likes, and engagement rates fetched from third-party APIs and stored locally on your device via SwiftData.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display analytics — Fetching and displaying publicly available social media statistics (followers, likes, engagement rate) on your dashboard and widgets.
• Local notifications — Sending milestone alerts (e.g. reaching 10K followers) and daily/weekly summaries, processed entirely on-device.
• Widget rendering — Sharing account data between the main app and widget extensions via a secure App Group container.
• In-app purchases — Processing Gem purchases through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not handle or store payment details.
• Customer support — Responding to your support requests.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All analytics data, account records, milestone history, and preferences are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and UserDefaults.
• Widget data is shared between the app and widget extension through an encrypted App Group container (group.com.widgetfortk.followers).
• We do not operate user accounts or cloud servers that store your personal data. No data is synced to external servers controlled by us.

4. Third-Party Services

• Third-party social media APIs — We query public APIs to retrieve aggregated statistics (follower count, total likes, etc.) for the usernames you provide. We do not access private or authenticated data from these platforms.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — In-app purchases (Gems) are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete all stored data at any time via Settings > Reset All Data, which removes all accounts, analytics history, milestones, and preferences from your device. You can also clear cached data via Settings > Clear Cache. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

Tik Real Trend is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can view, modify, or delete your data directly within the app. If you have questions or wish to exercise any data rights, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
