Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Tik Real Trend ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Tik Real Trend is an iOS application that provides a creator analytics dashboard. The App displays aggregated, publicly available social media statistics (such as follower counts, total likes, and engagement rates) through an in-app dashboard, home screen widgets, lock screen widgets, and local notifications. The App is a data viewing tool and does not provide growth advice or account management capabilities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

3. User Accounts & Data

The App does not require account registration. You add social media usernames to track publicly available statistics.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the usernames you enter.
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts on external servers.

4. In-App Purchases (Gems)

The App offers virtual currency ("Gems") available for purchase through Apple's App Store. By purchasing Gems, you agree to the following:

Gems are consumable digital items used within the App to unlock features such as additional account slots and data refreshes.
All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not handle your payment information.
Gems are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value.
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
Available packages: Starter (50 Gems / $1.99), Popular (150 Gems / $4.99), Best Value (350 Gems / $9.99), Mega (800 Gems / $19.99).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent.
Circumvent or manipulate the Gem system or data refresh mechanisms.
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

6. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

The App displays data obtained from third-party public APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the displayed statistics. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to third-party API limitations, rate limits, or service outages. The App is provided for informational purposes only — do not make business decisions based solely on data displayed in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, themes, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Tik Real Trend and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Social media platform names, logos, and data remain the property of their respective owners. Tik Real Trend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tik Real Trend and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data will be removed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
