Tap the + button on your Dashboard, select the platform (e.g. TikTok), and enter the public username. The app will search for the account and show a preview. Tap Confirm to add it.
Long-press on your home screen, tap the + button in the top-left corner, search for "Tik Real Trend", choose a widget size (small, medium, or large), and tap Add Widget. You can also add lock screen widgets from your lock screen customization settings.
You can manually refresh by pulling down on the Dashboard. Widgets refresh automatically based on iOS system scheduling (typically every 15-60 minutes). Background refresh frequency is managed by iOS to optimize battery life.
Gems are the in-app virtual currency used to unlock features like additional account slots and on-demand data refreshes. You can purchase Gems from the Gem Store in Settings. Gems are consumed when used, and all purchases are final.
Yes! You can add multiple social media accounts. The first account is free. Additional account slots can be unlocked using Gems.
Go to Settings > Clear Cache to remove temporary files, or Settings > Reset All Data to delete all accounts, analytics history, milestones, and preferences. Uninstalling the app also removes all data since everything is stored locally on your device.
Tik Real Trend fetches data from third-party public APIs. There may be slight delays or differences compared to the official app. Data is aggregated and may not reflect real-time changes. This is normal and typically resolves within one refresh cycle.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. We are unable to process refunds directly.
